During your 60 minutes appointment you'll receive a brief consultation, mapping of targeted areas, and sequential application of cryo followed by EMS. Expect localized cold sensations during the cryo phase and rhythmic tingling or contractions during EMS. Aftercare is straightforward and our therapist will review what to watch for following the session.
