Our therapists arrive with portable tables or chairs and set up in a reserved space. Sessions are scheduled to minimize disruption—employees sign up for time slots within the minimum two-hour booking window. We handle setup, sanitation, and efficient turnover.
Minimum booking is two hours to cover therapist travel, setup, and rotations. This allows multiple employees to receive brief sessions or longer treatments depending on your schedule. Custom packages and recurring programs are available—call to get a tailored quote.
Yes. We offer chair massages, seated neck-and-shoulder work, and table massages like Swedish or light deep-tissue. Options depend on available space, time per person, and team needs. Discuss preferences during booking so we can create a suitable plan.
Therapist staffing depends on your goals and event length. Typically we recommend one therapist per six to ten employees for quick rotations, or more for continuous treatments. We’ll advise optimum staffing after learning employee count and desired session length.
For chair massage, a quiet open area and access to seating space is sufficient. Table massages require a private room or cleared conference area. We bring tables/chairs, linens, and sanitizers; please provide a power outlet and a small staging area for setup.
Call or email our corporate coordinator to discuss date, headcount, and service options. We’ll send a proposal and invoice; deposits may be required for new clients. Payment can be via corporate invoice, credit card, or onsite arrangements as agreed.
